“Healthy, Well & Wise” to explore the Newcastle Place lifestyle

Mequon, Wis. – Oct. 30, 2015 – Newcastle Place, a full service senior living community in Mequon, invites the community to its “Healthy, Well and Wise” lecture and lunch on Thursday, November 19, beginning at 10:30 a.m. at Newcastle Place located at 12600 N. Port Washington Road in Mequon.

Attendees will learn about Newcastle Place residents’ healthy, happy lifestyles and the importance of staying active, independent and eating well. The lecture will introduce simple ways to improve personal happiness and overall health and wellbeing. All are invited to enjoy a nutritious lunch following the lecture.
