Whitefish Bay police responded to a parking lot on the 5500 block of N. Marlborough Drive on a report of an unauthorized entry into a vehicle. Between 5:20 to 5:45 police say an unknown person entered an unlocked vehicle and took a GPS and approximately $500 in gift cards.

Fight at School

Police say they responded to Whitefish Bay High School for a report of a fight. one suspect, a 16-year-old girl from Milwaukee was taken into custody on suspicion of disorderly conduct and released to her mother.

Telephone Fraud

Friday, May 6

Police reported taht a resident received what they believed to be a fraudulent telephone call on May 5, claiming they won money. The caller reported the information to police.

Shoplifting

Friday, May 6

Police say they cited a 77-year-old Milwaukee woman after the person reportedly engaged in retail theft of an unspecified amount of items from Sendik's. The woman was cited for retail theft and released.

Working Overtime

Friday, May 6

Police responded to the 1000 block of E. Circle Drive on a noise complaint. The caller reportedly said someone across the street was operating a power saw. Police said they made contact with a contractor who said they were working late. Police informed the contrator of the allowed construction hours and was issued a warning.

Egg-Asperated Home Owner

Saturday, May 7

Police responded to a someone the 5400 block of Berkeley Blvd. for a report that someone had egged their house around midnight. The home owner said it had been an ongoing issue and said they might know the suspects. Police requested surveillance footage from a nearby gas station and observed 2 males buying eggs about one hour before the incident. The investigation is ongoing.
