POLICE BLOTTER: A Matter of Cheese, ATV Theft, OWI

ATV Theft May 21

Police say an all-terrain vehicle that had been reported stolen with keys from a locked shed at Craig Counsell park had been involved in a serious injury accident on Karl Campus Road which had been investigated by Glendale police.

Police stopped a vehicle for reportedly driving over the speed limint on the 1200 block of E. Henry Clay St. When police stopped the driver, a chemical breath test resulted in a reported 0.18 BAC by the driver, who was arrested on suspicion of OWI-2nd offense.

Squads reported to the Jimmy John's at 106 W. Silver Spring Dr. on a report of a disturbance. When they arrived, a customer reportedly had been causing a disturbance because his sandwich did not have cheese on it. Police say "the customer was given cheese and left peacefully."

Vodka Heist May 22

Police responded to the CBS on 240 E. Hamptond Rd. on a report that two suspects stole 12 bottles of Cirroc Vodka valued at $443.00

Domestic Violence Allegation May 23

Whitefish Bay police took a man into custody at the 300 block of E. Beaumont Ave. on suspicion of a domestic violence allegation at the request of the Oak Creek police department.
