Police Say they Have Man in Brown Deer Shooting
After a search that has taken several months, Milwaukee police have arrested the man accused in an October 2015 shooting in Brown Deer.

BROWN DEER — After a search that has taken several months, Milwaukee police have arrested Lamarr Taylor, the man accused in an October 2015 shooting in Brown Deer.
According to a Brown Deer NOW, Lamarr Taylor was charged last year with first-degree attempted homicide for allegedly shooting a 28-year-old man in the neck at 8945 N. Park Place on Oct. 23. A felony warrant was issued for his arrest at that time, but police were unable to find him until now.
Taylor is currently being held in the Milwaukee County Jail on a $25,000 cash bond and has been charged with Attempted First Degree Intentional Homicide, and could face life in prison if convicted.

Witnesses told police that Taylor and the victim were in an argument, which resulted in Taylor shooting the victim once and then walking to his vehicle, according to a criminal complaint filed in Milwaukee County Circuit Court.
