Whitefish Bay Police took a 24-year-old Milwaukee female into custody on the 5000 block of N. Lake Drive on Sep. 24 after a traffic stop for speeding 49 miles per hour in a 30 mile per hour zone resulted in further citations for Operating While Intoxicated-2nd offense, party to a crime-2nd offense and operating after revocation-OWI-related and operating without insurance. An intoximeter test reported the driver's BAC at 0.17, more than double the legal limit in Wisconsin.

A 38-year-old Florida man was arrested for OWI-2nd offense after police stopped his vehicle near the intersection of E. Silver Spring Drive and N. Danbury Road.

Police stopped the 29-year-old driver of a white 2015 Honda Civic 4-dr. northbound in the 4800 block of N. Santa Monica for exsceeding the speed limit. The driver was taken into custody for OWI-1st. Intoximeter result of .17 g/210L obtained.
Citations for speeding, OWI and being a party-to-a-crime were to a responsible party after being cited, and posting bond on a $600 warrant through the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office.
