Speeding Violation Turns Into Drug, Weapons Charges: Report
Police say the driver of the vehicle was taken into custody for several reasons.

WHITEFISH BAY, WI — Authorities in Whitefish Bay say they've arrested a 24-year-old Milwaukee man and also a 24-year-old Milwaukee woman after the two were involved in a traffic stop on N. Lake Drive.
According to Whitefish Bay police logs, officers stopped the driver of a gray Honda on the 5000 block of N. Lake Drive just before 2:30 a.m. on June 7 for speeding.
Police say the driver of the vehicle was taken into custody for driving with a suspended license, for operating while under the influence of drugs, for being armed with a handgun while intoxicated, for not being a licensed conceal carry holder at the time he was found with a concealed weapon and for possessing marijuana.

Police also said the passenger was arrested for having an open arrest warrant with the Brown Deer Police Department.
