Two Arrested After Vehicle Break-In: Report
Police say a resident heard a loud noise, looked outside and saw two teens running north from her vehicle parked outside.
WHITEFISH BAY, WI — Police in Whitefish Bay say they arrested two Milwaukee teens in an apparent vehicle break-in incident last week.
According to Whitefish Bay police call logs, officers responded to the 5800 block of N. Bay Ridge Ave. just before 2 a.m. on May 30 on a report of a vehicle break-in.
Police say a resident heard a loud noise, looked outside and saw two teens running north from her vehicle parked outside. Police say one of the teens was arrested in the yard of a home on the 6100 block of N. Shoreland. The second suspect, police say, was arrested near the intersection of Bay Ridge and Monrovia after he tried running from police.

Whitefish Bay police said both teens were cited for prowling. The second suspect was cited for resisting an officer and was later turned over to a representative from Running Rebels - an alternative youth program dedicated to gang diversion and youth mentorship.
