Whitefish Bay Home Owner Cited After Fence Woes on Wilshire

Officers found paint had been blown through the fence gaps, coating children's play equipment, plants and the other side of the fence.

WHITEFISH BAY -- Police responded to a home on the 4700 block of Wilshire Road on a report that their neighbor painted their fence on the Lake Drive-side of the fence on Friday.

The fence reportedly did not belong to the neighbor who painted the fence, nor did the fence's owner give permission to paint the fence.

The officer responding to the scene observed a white epoxy-like substance on the fence that had also blown through the fence gaps, coating children's play equipment, plants and the Wilshire side of the fence.
