Whitefish Bay Police Discover Drugs After Traffic Stop

A 34 year old Milwaukee woman was taken into custody after Whitefish Bay police observed her speeding 41 mph in a 30 mph zone.

WHITEFISH BAY - - A 34 year old Milwaukee woman was taken into custody after Whitefish Bay police observed her speeding 41 mph in a 30 mph zone.

The traffic stop also led to drug charges for the driver.
According to Whitefish Bay police, an officer stopped Crystal L. Noggle's vehicle on the 1100 block of E. Henry Clay St. just before 3 a.m. on Nov. 29.

According to the report, the driver was also driving left of the center line.
Upon the traffic stop, 6.0 grams of marijuana, glass pipe and metal grinder recovered.

Police transported Noggle to the Whitefish Bay Police Deparment where an intoximeter test showed Noggle had a 0.15 blood alcohol concentration - nearly double the legal limit in Wisconsin.

She was cited, booked and later released to a responsible party.
