Whitefish Bay Police Pursue Stolen Vehicle, Thief Remains Mystery

Whitefish Bay police aided in a vehicle pursuit of a speeding vehicle on the 5800 block of N. Lydell Ave.

WHITEFISH BAY -- Whitefish Bay police aided in a vehicle pursuit of a speeding vehicle on the 5800 block of N. Lydell Ave. According to the report, however, the man eluded police after reportedly crashing his vehicle in Glendale.

On Nov. 10, Whitefish Bay police attempted to stop an orange 4-door Dodge Neon for speeding 49 miles per hour on the 5800 block of N. Lydell Ave.
The driver fled the Whitefish Bay officer west on Bender road just before 11 p.m. on Nov. 10.
According to the report, Glendale police took over the pursuit. A short time later, police found the vehicle had crashed on Good Hope Road just west of 76th St. The lone occupant was not located and the vehicle was turned over to West Allis police as it was stolen from their jurisdiction.
