Bar Nunn man allegedly had 3 pounds of marijuana in Casper stop (oilcity.news) β A Bar Nunn man is accused of having about three pounds of marijuana during an August 15 traffic stop by Casper police, leading to charges of possession with intent to deliver and conspiracy. Investigators say phone records suggest ongoing distribution discussions since January, and the 20-year-old, now out on bond, is expected at a preliminary hearing next week.
