Casper residents who bought the 8-ounce cream-colored pouches with lot code AUG172026 should throw them away and request a full refund through Amazon, especially if anyone in the household is vulnerable to foodborne illness.
5. Sprouting broccoli seeds sold via Amazon recalled due to possible salmonella contamination (wgcu.org) — EAK Distribution of Casper is recalling its Home Grown Green Sprouting Calabrese Broccoli Seeds sold on Amazon between August 20 and September 18 due to potential Salmonella contamination. Casper residents who purchased the 8-ounce pouches with UPC 850056627443 and lot code AUG172026 are urged to discard them and contact Amazon for a refund, especially if anyone is at higher risk for infection.
