Sherard Water Treatment Plant has switched from chlorine gas to a safer on-site sodium hypochlorite system, following a 2023 gas leak. 3. Burlington, Sierra to fill former Kmart space on Dell Range Boulevard (wyomingnews.com) — Cheyenne shoppers can look forward to Burlington and Sierra moving into the long-vacant former Kmart building on Dell Range Boulevard, next to Hobby Lobby. 4. Kiwanis Club of Cheyenne receives WRPA Citation Organization Award (wyomingnews.com) — Cheyenne's Kiwanis Club has been honored statewide for more than 15 years of backing city youth recreation, including sponsoring all Recreation Division youth programs since 2009. Beyond over $40,000 in support so far, the club has pledged $250,000 toward future improvements at Kiwanis Community Park, helping expand affordable, high-quality recreation options for local kids and families.
5. Meals on Wheels has a plan to keep food on table's during the holidays (wyomingnewsnow.tv) — Cheyenne's Meals on Wheels is gearing up to keep holiday tables full by preparing and delivering frozen Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's meals to clients before office closures.
