• New DAV Chapter Proposed for Wheatland, Wyoming Veterans (news-usa.today) — Wheatland-area veterans may soon get a local Disabled American Veterans chapter, eliminating long trips to Cheyenne or Casper for help with VA claims. Organizers in Wheatland are recruiting at least 25 members so DAV will provide training and an office, aiming to serve Platte County and nearby rural communities with on-the-ground benefits assistance.
