2 Bodies Found In Winchester Fire Wreckage

BREAKING: Fire officials responded to the scene of a motorhome fire, and found two people dead inside, officials report.

WINCHESTER, CA — The burned bodies of two people were discovered in a fire early Wednesday morning, Cal Fire and sheriff's officials report. Investigators are on scene to determine what may have sparked the blaze.

The fire was discovered upon a "report of smoke" in the 31000 block of Olive Avenue — which is in the area of Leon Road and Domenigoni Parkway — just after 6 a.m., according to April Newman of the Riverside County Fire Department.

Once on scene, crews discovered a 25-foot motorhome "partially involved in fire," according to Newman and sheriff's officials.
