Car Fire Closes Stretch Of Hwy 121
The affected area is near Duhig Road, the CHP said.

NAPA, CA – A vehicle fire this afternoon on Highway 121, south of the Duhig Road area in Napa, closed a stretch of the highway in both directions, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident first was reported at 2:03 p.m., with the car logged as fully engulfed in flames at 2:10 p.m.
Early reports stated an elderly man and a dog were in the vehicle, but there are no confirmations on that or their condition from the CHP.

The roadway initially was closed in both directions with traffic being diverted to Old Sonoma Road, but a lane reopened at 2:35 p.m., according to CHP reports.
Motorists would be advised to avoid the area.
