Newtown Police Investigating Vandalism and Robbery at Home and Business
In three separate incidents over the past two weeks, police need the public's help in catching robbers and vandals.

Newtown Police are investigating a robbery of Tambascios Restaurant, 1 Dodgingtown Road, Newtown on Thursday, according to the News Times. Police believe the robbery happened on Dec. 8.
In a separate incident, Newtown Police are asking for the public’s help to catch the vandals who stole holiday decorations at a home on Route 302 near Boggs Hill Road and South Main Street, according to WTNH News. Newtown Police said holiday wreaths, a small red Santa sleigh and two hanging baskets with holiday decorations were taken.
Two weeks ago ornaments and decorations were taken from several businesses in the area.
