Bolingbrook Man Charged in Elmhurst Business Robbery
He allegedly put employees in a bathroom after they opened the cash registers, and then ran away on foot.

ELMHURST, IL — A Bolingbrook man has been arrested in connection with the July 15 aggravated robbery at Dress Barn in Elmhurst.
Anthony D. Harris, 40 of the 200 block of Blackberry Drive in Bolingbrook, was arrested July 21 and charged with aggravated robbery, according to Elmhurst police.

Harris was identified by detectives from the Elmhurst Police Investigations Division, who were working with other jurisdictions.
Harris was taken to DuPage County Jail, police reported.

The robbery took place around 8:30 p.m. July 15 at Dress Barn, 167 S. Route 83 in Elmhurst, when a man, now believed to be Harris, announced a robbery and implied he was armed. He put employees in a bathroom after they opened the cash registers, and he ran away on foot.
