Inmate Death in Jessup Ruled Homicide
Authorities are investigating the death of a 58-year-old inmate at Jessup Correctional Institution as a homicide. Glenn E. Smith died from multiple blunt force injuries in what the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner ruled a homicide, according to Maryland State Police. >>> read more.
