Missing In Maryland: 11 People Have Disappeared

Two people who are missing in Maryland suffer from cognitive impairments, according to investigators.

MARYLAND — Multiple people have been reported missing across Maryland in recent weeks, and we are hoping you can help bring them home. Four teens are among those who have disappeared. Two adults who suffer from cognitive impairments are also unaccounted for, investigators say.

Have you seen any of these individuals? Call the number listed with each person or call 911 to provide information.

Cindy Figueroa Pena, 18, was last seen by family around 1 p.m. Sunday in Gaithersburg. Police said she walked away from her Amity Circle home. She is 5 feet, 3 inches tall and 190 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. When last seen, she was wearing a black t-shirt and gray shorts. Patricia Tillie, 76, was last seen Friday, July 31, in northeast Baltimore. Tillie disappeared from the 3600 block of Mary Avenue while wearing a dark shirt, blue scarf, black pants and black shoes. She is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and 135 pounds. Call the Baltimore Police Department's Missing Person Unit at 443-984-7380.

Donald Noland, 73, was last seen by caretakers in Adelphi around 6:30 p.m. Friday, July 31. Police said Noland, who has dementia, walked out of his residence on Daleview Drive wearing a black sweater and black pants when he disappeared. He is about 5 feet, 11 inches tall and 160 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. Call the Montgomery County Police Department at 301-279-8000.

Ubaldo Lopez Morales, 44, disappeared Sunday, July 26. Police said he was last seen around 5 p.m. that day driving his white Chevrolet pickup truck. Call Stephen Radtke at 240-549-4579. Carmelo Santiago, 16, was last seen in Brookeville Saturday, July 25, wearing a red hoodie, dark-blue sweatpants and dark shoes. He is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and 159 pounds. Call the Montgomery County Police Department's Special Victims Investigations Division at 301-279-8000.

Cecilia Riveria-Abigail, 17, was last seen Friday, July 24, at her home in Aberdeen wearing a green shirt with black shorts. Investigators think she is traveling to Tennessee to visit family. She speaks Spanish and is not fluent in English, officials say. She is described as 5 feet tall and 200 pounds. Call the Aberdeen Police Department with information at 410-272-2121.

Joanne Hammel, 59, is missing from Owings Mills and suffers from a cognitive impairment. When last seen at 10:30 p.m. on Monday, July 13, she was wearing a long-sleeved t-shirt and jeans. Call the Baltimore County Police Department at 410-307-2020.

Aleathia Conner, 15, has been missing from Aberdeen since Thursday, July 23. She has blue hair and brown eyes. Conner is described as 4 feet, 8 inches tall and 115 pounds. Jesse Huck, 27, was last seen in Frederick Tuesday, July 14, and may need medical attention. When he disappeared, he was trying to take an Uber to an unknown destination in Baltimore. Huck is 6 feet tall about 160 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes. Call the Frederick County Sheriff's Office at 301-600-1046.

Sheila Thomas, 62, is missing from Baltimore. She was last seen in the 4400 block of Wentworth Road around 6 a.m. on Saturday, July 11. Thomas is about 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighs about 180 pounds. Call the Baltimore Police Department's Missing Person Unit at 443-984-7385.

Najwa Nafeesah Abdul Kareem, 45, was last seen in February 2019 in Potomac. She was reported missing July 10 to the Frederick Police Department. She is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and 140 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. She may be in the Montgomery County or D.C. area. Call Detective Tyler Deatrich at 240-549-4541.
