Braintree Man Charged With Indecent Exposure at Red Line Station
Police say a Braintree man exposed himself while yelling expletives at an MBTA employee.

A Braintree resident has been charged with indecent exposure after allegedly dropping his pants at the MBTA’s Park Street station.
Patrik Finnerty, 19, was arraigned in Boston Municipal Court Thursday for the May 6 Incident.
At 11 p.m. Wednesday night, Transit Police received a report of a male threatening passengers and transit employees on the Red Line platform. When Finnerty was told officers were on their way, he left the station and attempted to leave in a taxi.

Prior to leaving, Finnerty allegedly yelled expletives at an MBTA customer service agent, dropped his pants, exposed his genitals, and turned to expose his backside.
Finnerty was taken into custody before entering the taxi and was transported to Transit Police headquarters for the arrest booking process.
