NY Journalist Pushes for Boycott of New England Patriots
Shaun King, who has over a half a million followers on Twitter, is urging fans to quit supporting the Patriots.

The awkward Brady-Belichick-Trump love triangle miffed a lot of Patriots fans around New England, though it's unclear if it will cost them many supporters.
One major New York media member thinks it should. Shaun King, the sometimes controversial senior justice writer at the New York Daily News, tweeted out the Patriots should be boycotted because owner Robert Kraft, coach Bill Belichick, and quarterback Tom Brady "are prominent Donald Trump supporters."

Some were all in - we're guessing they were Patriots haters for quite some time now - while some thought it silly to boycott an entire organization over the political views of three people.

President-elect Trump threw the Patriots public perception into the blender when he said at a pre-Election Day rally in Manchester that Tom Brady had called to say he voted for him and that Belichick wrote him an uncharacteristically adoring letter in support.
Belichick owned up to the letter the next day, while Brady played defense.
