'The Girl on the Train' Continues Film Shoot in Irvington
The major motion picture has filmed in the area on and off for several weeks.

Station Road in Irvington will remain closed through Friday, Jan. 8, as filming continues on the Dreamworks movie “The Girl on the Train,” according to village officials.
The road will be closed from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. from Oak Street to Main Street, and motorists are urged to avoid the area.
“Alternate routes must be used,” said village officials in a statement.

The Hollywood movie has filmed in the area on and off for past several weeks. It is based on the popular Paula Hawkins novel of the same name and stars Emily Blunt, Jared Leto, Rebecca Ferguson and Justin Theroux.
“This is a great community and everybody supports what they’re doing,” Irvington resident Rob Evan, who lives near where the filming is taking place, told Fios1News.
