1 Man Dead, Another Injured In Birmingham Shooting

BIRMINGHAM, AL — One man is dead and another hospitalized after a shooting in East Birmingham Wednesday night. The incident occurred just after 9:30 p.m. in the 4300 block of

Gadsden Street.

Officer Truman Fitzgerald of the Birmingham Police Department said police found 24-year-old Jehudijah Davis unresponsive sitting in a car at the scene, and another man in the car suffering from gunshot wounds. Davis was pronounced dead at the scene.

The second victim was taken to UAB Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
