23-Year-Old Man Killed In Monday Night Shooting
A shooting in south Birmingham resulted in the death of a 23-year-old man Monday night.
BIRMINGHAM, AL — A shooting in south Birmingham Monday night resulted in the death of a 23-year-old man. The incident occurred just after 9 p.m. at 621 Goldwire Place. The victim has been identified as James Rashad Brown of Birmingham.
Sgt. Johnny Williams of the Birmingham Police Department said officers found Brown suffering from a gunshot wound when they arrived at the scene. Brown was taken to UAB Hospital where he was pronounced dead just after 2 a.m. Tuesday.
