73-Year-Old Man Reported Missing In Birmingham
Police are asking the public to help locate 73-year-old Charles Edward Kelton.
BIRMINGHAM, AL — The Birmingham Police Department is asking the public to help locate a missing 73-year-old Birmingham man. Charles Edward Kelton was last seen Tuesday at 952 44th Street in Ensley.
Police said Kelton suffers from a mental disorder.
Kelton is 6-feet-2 inches tall and approximately 210 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, brown or possibly gray pants, and a gray baseball cap.
