Researchers found that people who exercise are up to 28 percent less likely to develop any type of dementia and 45 percent less likely to develop Alzheimer’s disease specifically. Therefore, move and preserve your memories!

Celebrate Saturday, Nov. 7, the final day of the event, at the “Drive Through” of Alzheimer’s of Central Alabama’s office in Homewood, 300 Office Park Drive, from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Contributions can be made online or through drop-off donations. Donors will be eligible to get T-shirts, door prizes and other surprises.
