Big Acquisition in Birmingham Insurance Market Adds More Than 1,000 New Customers

BIRMINGHAM, AL - One of Birmingham's oldest insurance firms made its largest acquisition to date last week, as Byars/Wright acquired Junkins Yarbrough Corporation in a deal that will add a 20 percent growth in revenue to the firm's portfolio and more than 1,000 new customers. The acquisition will also add five new executives to the company's team.
