Birmingham Firm Building Senior Living Facility In Huntsville

Birmingham's Capstone Building Corp. is building a $10 million senior independent living facility in Huntsville.

HUNTSVILLE, AL - A Birmingham construction company is building a $10 million senior independent living community in Huntsville, with completion estimated for 2019.

Capstone Building Corp., broke ground on the new the new community, Stoneridge Villas, in April, and the project consists of 80 units, 15 apartment buildings and a clubhouse featuring amenities such as a
community room, fitness room and computer room. The community will also have a covered pavilion and walking trail for residents. Construction broke ground in April 2018 and completion of the project is scheduled for Spring of 2019.

The Cottage Hill development is located at 1700 Balch Road in Huntsville.
