Birmingham House Fire: Family Of 3 Escapes
A family was able to get out of a burning home on 47th Place North near Messer-Airport Highway Wednesday night.
BIRMINGHAM, AL — A family was able to escape a massive house fire early Thursday morning in Birmingham. The fire occurred at a home on 47th Place North near Messer-Airport Highway just after 4 a.m.
A report by Birmingham Fire & Rescue said the fire, which also burned an SUV next to the house, started at the rear of the home and spread to the rest of the residence.
A family of three was able to escape the fire without injuries.
