Birmingham Man Arrested On Drug Charges
After a search of a home in Roebuck, deputies found marijuana, hydrocodone, cash and firearms, resulting in the arrest of a Birmingham man.
BIRMINGHAM, AL - A Birmingham man has been arrested after Jefferson County Sheriff's Office investigators found nearly 2.5 pounds of marijuana, hydrocodone, cash, three handguns and a rifle at the man's home Friday evening.
As part of an ongoing investigation into the sale and distribution of illegal drugs in northeast Jefferson County Sheriff’s Narcotics Investigators executed a search warrant a home in the 800 block of William Drive near Roebuck.
The suspect, 31-year-old Joshua Blake Kujan, was arrested and taken to the Jefferson County Jail. He was charged with Trafficking Marijuana, Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

In addition to the drug charges Kujan also faces possible federal firearms charges.
