Birmingham Man Charged With Sex Crimes Involving Child
An east Birmingham man was arrested last week on several sex crimes, including sodomy and child porn.
BIRMINGHAM, AL — A Birmingham man was arrested last week and charged with multiple sex crimes, including sodomy and production of child pornography. Guillermo Martin Lopez, 29, was arrested Nov. 13, according to an Alabama Media Group report.
Lopez faces the following charges:
- 2 counts of sodomy
- 1 count of sex abuse of a child under the age of 12
- 7 counts of production of obscene material involving a child
Police say all of the incidents involved the same victim. Lopez will make his first court appearance Wednesday.
