Birmingham Public Library, Hillcrest Behavioral Health, Partner For Wellness Wednesdays

The virtual series begins Feb. 10.

The Birmingham Public Library (BPL) wants to help area residents improve their health and wellness during this COVID-19 pandemic. BPL has partnered with Hillcrest Behavioral Health of Birmingham this month to host the Wellness Wednesdays Virtual Series, beginning February 10. Every Wednesday during February at 11 a.m. Central, tune into the Birmingham Public Library Facebook page for some useful information from experts. The sessions are as follows:

Wednesday, February 10 - Coping with Pandemic Fatigue Pandemic Fatigue is real and has been difficult for many of us. Anxiety, loneliness, fear and boredom top the issues that many of us struggle with. Let’s talk about these and find creative ways to help!

Wednesday, February 17 Parenting Teens During the Pandemic Parenting a teenager can be difficult in the best of times! Let’s talk about these struggles along with practical tips that will help your family.
