Missing 12-Year-Old Girl Found, Search Continues For Her Sister

One of two sisters, age 12 and 16, who had been missing since May 31, has been located. Starleesha Rachel Brown, 16, and Aleila Samone Brown, 12, were last seen Friday at their grandmother's house in the Crestwood area. Aleila Brown was located Monday, according to police.
Escaped Inmate From Shelby County Job Site Captured In Birmingham

An inmate from the Childersburg Work Release Center who escaped a job site in Shelby County has been captured after nearly a month on the run.
