Burger King Robbery Suspects Sought By Birmingham Police
The Birmingham Police Department is investigating a robbery at the Burger King on University Boulevard Jan. 26.

BIRMINGHAM, AL — A robbery Jan. 26 at the Burger King on University Blvd. in Birmingham is under investigation. Police posted security photos of a suspect in the incident.
Sgt. Johnny Williams of the Birmingham Police Department said the incident occurred just before 7 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 26.
Williams said the suspect approached the counter, waited for the register to open and reached across the counter to grab cash from the register. As the suspect fled the location, Williams said two unknown suspects inside the suspects’ vehicle pointed firearms at an employee. There were no injuries during the robbery.
