Girls Rock Fest

Girls Rock Birmingham is thrilled to announce the return of Girls Rock Fest, a vibrant one-day music festival celebrating women in music. The event will take place on Sunday, October 18, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Avondale Brewing Company (211 41st St S, Birmingham, AL). Admission is completely free to the public.

Girls Rock Fest brings together the regional music community for an afternoon of live music, vendors, food and fun. This year's stellar lineup features dynamic performances from Auburn-based band Warhol, Birmingham's own Janet Simpson and her band, Nashville-based singer-songwriter Jada Cato, and local favorites Rachael Roberts and Rising Iris. The stage will also showcase talented, featured performers from the Girls Rock Birmingham community.

While the event is completely free and open to the public, attendees will have the opportunity to make a voluntary donation if they choose. All donations collected will support Girls Rock Birmingham summer camp scholarship fund and other programming, which empowers girls and gender-expansive youth through music regardless of financial barriers.
