Man Shot And Killed After Argument At Local Captain D's: Police
An altercation at a Captain D's restaurant on Parkway East led to a fatal shooting, police say.
BIRMINGHAM, AL — An altercation at a Captain D's restaurant on Parkway East in Birmingham led to a man being shot and killed Sunday night.
The victim has been identified as 39-year-old Richard Deshaun Vaughn, Jr. of Birmingham. Birmingham police say Vaughn was involved in an argument among employees, which escalated into a shooting.
Vaughn was taken to UAB Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
