Homicide Investigation Underway In Brighton: Sheriff
A man was found dead in Brighton Wednesday, and the case is being investigated as a homicide.
JEFFERSON COUNTY, AL — The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office is investigating a death in the Brighton community. The man was found dead juts before 7 p.m. Wednesday in the 4000 block of 4th Avenue, according to investigators.
Deputy Chief David Agee of the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office said the body was turned over to the Jefferson County Coroners Office for examination and identification. The death is being investigated s a homicide.
