BIRMINGHAM, AL — A 21-year-old Birmingham man was killed after police say a domestic dispute escalated Monday night. The incident occurred around 8 p.m. Monday at a residence at 716 Ave H.
Sgt. Rod Mauldin of the Birmingham Police Department said Tim Darius Gamble was found unresponsive in the back yard of the residence, suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
