Domestic Violence Related Homicide In Graysville
A man was shot and killed in a home in Graysville Monday morning after what deputies said was a domestic dispute.

BIRMINGHAM, AL - The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office is investigating a Monday morning homicide in the Graysville area that deputies say was the result of a domestic dispute. Deputies responded to the scene at approximately 7:30 Monday morning. The Jefferson County Coroner's Office identified the victim as 35-year-old Rahsaan Abdul Harris.
Preliminary information from the scene is that an adult man and woman were arguing in a home in the 3700 block of 4th Street in Graysville, which escalated to the man being shot and killed. The female involved remained on the scene and is being questioned by sheriffs detectives.
