Ensley Shooting Leaves 1 Dead, 2 Injured
One victim was pronounced dead on the scene after a shooting in 18th Street in Ensley early Thursday morning.

BIRMINGHAM, AL - A shooting in Ensley early Thursday morning left one victim dead and two injured, as Birmingham adds to its 2018 homicide total, which stands at 87 for the year. Police are currently investigating the incident.
A report by Alabama Media Group said police received a 911 call at approximately 3:30 a.m. about a shooting, and officers responded to the 1800 block of 18th Street in Ensley. When officers arrived, Sgt. Bryan Shelton said, they found two men inside a home with gunshot wounds.

Police said they believe the shooting happened inside the house, and they don't know yet if there is a relationship between the victims.
