Ensley Shooting Victim Identified, No Suspects In Custody
Police have identified the victim in a deadly shooting in Ensley Tuesday night.
BIRMINGHAM, AL — Birmingham police are investigating a homicide from Tuesday night that took the life of 30-year-old Mikos Labron Lewis. The incident occurred just after 11:30 p.m. in the 5300 block of Court Q in Ensley.
Sgt. Rod Mauldin of the Birmingham Police Department said the preliminary investigation suggests that another resident of the home where Lewis was shot arrived and found him unresponsive and suffering from gunshot wounds.
Birmingham Fire and Rescue responded and pronounced Lewis dead on the scene.
