Father And Son Dead In Suspected Murder/Suicide

WALKER COUNTY, AL — Two men in Walker County are dead after what law enforcement officials are calling a murder/suicide case. The incident occurred Tuesday at approximately 2:30 p.m.

An Alabama Media Group report said Walker County Sheriff's deputies responded Tuesday afternoon to a home in Nauvoo in the northwester part of the county and found one man dead and another clinging to life. He later died at a hospital.

Sheriff’s officials confirmed both men are adults, and investigators said information at the scene suggests that a father shot his son and then shot himself.
