Forestdale Man Found Dead In Pool

JEFFERSON COUNTY, AL — A man who had been a guest at a party at a Jefferson County home was found dead in the homeowners' pool Sunday morning.

The homeowners reported that they had a party Saturday night that ended between 11 p.m. and 11:30 p.m., and while cleaning up after the party, they observed someone’s personal items by the pool.

The homeowners checked the area and found a body lifeless at the bottom of the deep end of the pool. Jefferson County Sheriff’s deputies and paramedics arrived and found the man to be deceased on the scene.

There were no signs of foul play in this death.
