Jefferson State’s Center for Workforce Education will host information sessions for those interested in the Healthcare and Information Technology academies.

An information session about IT programs will be held at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 25.

IT programs include CompTIA A+ Certification Prep, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Full Stack Web Development with PHP, IT Help Desk Support Specialist, and Python.

An information session about healthcare programs will be held at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 26.

Healthcare programs include Administrative Medical Assistant Prep, Certified Nursing Assistant Prep, Clinical Medical Assistant Prep, Dental Assistant, Medical Billing and Coding Certification Prep, Medication Aide, Medical Assistant for Vision/Ophthalmic, Patient Care Technician, Pharmacy Technician Certification Prep, Phlebotomy Certification Prep, and Sterile Processing.
