Labor Day Homicide Under Investigation In Birmingham
A 24-year-old man was shot and killed Monday at 2500 Aspen Run.
BIRMINGHAM, AL — A deadly shooting in South Birmingham is under investigation after 24-year-old Marquency Jajuan Primm of Birmingham was shot and killed Monday. This is the 70th homicide case in Birmingham this year.
Sgt. Rod Mauldin of the Birmingham Police Department said Primm was found by officers injured at 2500 Aspen Run in South Birmingham and was transported to UAB Hospital where he later died.
Mauldin said information on the homicide is limited. Anyone with any information on this case is asked to contact the Birmingham PD at 205-254-1764.
