LeBron James Says University of Alabama Infringed On Copyrights

Basketball star LeBron James feels a new promo by the University of Alabama was stolen from his spot on an ESPN show.

TUSCALOOSA, AL - Attorneys from ESPN's show "Uninterrupted" have sent a letter to the University of Alabama Monday addressing concerns over copyright infringement and intellectual property appropriation based on a promo featuring Alabama coach Nick Saban.

A report by ESPN says the letter cites similarities between the promo, which features Saban in a barber shop talking with some former players, to a web series called "The Shop"featuring James. The web series involves James and others having conversations while getting their hair cut.

"Your continued exploitation of 'Shop Talk' infringes 'Uninterrupted's' copyright, trademark rights and other valuable intellectual property rights in 'The Shop' and significantly damages 'Uninterrupted's' commercial prospects for 'The Shop,'" the letter reads.
