Man Charged With Vehicular Manslaughter In March Wreck
A Birmingham man has been charged after his passenger died in a crash in March.
BIRMINGHAM, AL — A Birmingham man has been charged with manslaughter from a March 22 vehicle wreck that killed a passenger in his car. Deyarpolus Rudolph, 40, is charged with vehicular manslaughter in the death of RaKetrah Lashawn “KeKe” Hatcher. She was 33.
The crash happened at 3:18 a.m. in the 4200 block of Richard Arrington Jr. Boulevard North in the Kingston neighborhood.
Authorities have not said what led to the crash.

According to an Alabama Media Group report, Hatcher was a mother of five children.
