New Farmers Market Coming To Highland Park Area

BIRMINGHAM, AL — A new farmers market is coming to the Highland Park neighborhood this weekend, and plans to return every week throughout the summer. Unity Market will take place from 4 to 7 p.m. every Saturday at 2803 Highland Ave., according to a Birmingham Business Journal report.

The new market will offer vegetables, salad greens, and herbs, farm eggs, meats, cheeses, ready-made snacks and meals, breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, shaved ice, medicinal tinctures and more, according to the BBJ.
