Plane Makes Emergency Landing At BHM Due To Smoke In The Cabin
An American Eagle plane made an emergency landing at BHM Tuesday morning.

BIRMINGHAM, AL - An American Eagle Bombardier CRJ-900 that departed Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport bound for Dallas had to abruptly turn around and make an emergency landing back at BHM due to smoke in the plane's cabin.
Birmingham police and fire fighters were on the scene at BHM around 6:30 a.m., according to reports from AirLive. The cause of the smoke has yet to be announced, but the 78 passengers were removed from the plane and evacuated to the tarmac.
